Move in workover rig. Fill tubing and annulus with freshwater. Install <br /> BOE and test. Unset packer. Pull out and lay down packer and 4-1/2" <br /> tubing. Pick up 2-7/6" or 2-3/8" workstring. Run in hole <br /> with open-ended tubing and tag fill if any and change hole to 9.6 ppg <br /> drilling mud (check with DOG regarding the mud properties and make sure <br /> we are in compliance) . Wash out fill, if any, to bottom. Circulate and <br /> stabilize hole. <br /> 2. Halliburton equalize 150 sacks Class G cement premixed 29 CaC12 at 3375' . <br /> Notify EPA to witness. Wait on cement for 4 hours. Locate top of cement <br /> plug which must be above 26711 . Notify EPA to witness. <br /> 3. Using Halliburton, equalize 240 sacks Class G cement premixed with 0.18 <br /> retarder on top of bottom cement around 2590'-. Notify EPA to witness. <br /> After 8+ hours tag top of cement plug which must be above 1590' . EPA to <br /> witness <br />
