project's construction plans-In their possession. Please coact Ken
for particulars.
The existing well is at the northeast corner of the property, see photo
ORG-102604-05-PF. The area consists of a fenced in area containing the
well, a filter and several pumps. Alongside (west) of the well are
three above ground water holding tanks. This facility is within the
reconstructed bridge ramp and must be relocated. The driveway in the
foreground of the photo is designated driveway (DWY) No. 19.
Significant change (up) in elevation of this driveway is necessary for
the road reconstruction.
The proposed location of the new well is at the southeast corner of the
property, see photos ORG-102604-06-PF and ORG-102604-07-PF. The
driveway in the photos is designated DWY No. 18. It also will be
reconstructeded by a grade change up of from one to two feet,
transversely as the reconstructed road grades up toward the bridge. The
proposed location of the new well (25' from both the east and south
property lines) would place the well very near the driveway and existing
parking spaces which may have to be re-worked. Between DWY's No. 18 &
19 a new retaining wall will be constructed, in front of the main
building.
Renovation of the main building is underway at this property. No person
with information on the relocation of the well was present during my
inspection. No work on the existing nor new well site was apparent.
Other than the new information provided in this memo, my additional
comments remain the same as my previous memo (ARCO) .
Martin P.
