HAZARD ASSESSMENT <br /> The possible major hazards to be encountered on the site are: <br /> ■ Hydrocarbon vapors. <br /> • Slight flammability of the above-mentioned vapors. <br /> • Loud equipment noises. <br /> • Wet and slippery surfaces. <br /> ■ Heavy equipment operations. <br /> ■ Open excavations and cave-ins. <br /> ■ Working with basic construction tools. <br /> Inhalation and dermal contract will be the potential exposure pathways of concern. Protective <br /> clothing, including coveralls, steel-toes boots, and gloves, will be mandatory for all field personnel.
