The property was reassessed with <br /> a new 4,000-gallon low lead underground storage tank and piping. <br /> • 14 January 1971 (Assessor):Service Station Record#2 Remarks.Notes that a new pump and <br /> 4,000-gallon(4M)low lead underground tank were added and that the station averaged 9,000 <br /> gallons per month. The top of the page noted"Bills Texaco". <br /> • August 1972:A San Joaquin County well permit(#92-845)was issued to TEXACO Service <br /> at"99 and Clark Drive"for installation of a new domestic well by Clark Well and Equipment <br /> Company. The plot plan identified the subject property building as a Texaco Station. <br /> • 18 June 1973 (Assessor): Service Station Record#2. The property was assessed with five <br /> underground storage tanks (USTs), the original four plus one 4,000-gallon (low lead) and <br /> new piping installed in 1971. Written over the data column in darker print were the words <br /> "Cancelled 1974,NNalue" <br /> • 29 May 1974(Assessor):Service Station Record#2 Special Purpose Section, separate note. <br /> Noted that for Parcel 179-171-03, 3978 U S Hwy 99 & Clark Drive "Texaco reports lease <br /> cancelled no longer own equipment on this site". <br /> • 1974 (Assessor): Service Station Records #1 and 42: Appraisal records show the station <br /> closed and the hoist, air compressor, air and water stations, neon sign, pumps and USTs <br /> lined-through and annotated with Texaco and"P.P.",which the Assessor's office denotes as <br /> Personal Property removed from Real Estate valuation. Service Station Record #2 shows <br /> "P.P.Texaco Inc" at the top of the page. AGE found no definitive information concerning <br /> disposition of the USTs; no removal records were available at the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> • 11 May 1976 (Title Report): The property was deeded by Ralph B. and Helen E. Pahlmeyer <br /> to Sherman W. and Viomadel Winder. <br /> • 24 February 1978: Building permit#108976 was issued for an office conversion. <br /> • 22 March 1978 (Title Report): The property was deeded by Sherman W. and Viomadel <br /> Winder to Richard H. and Elizabeth Sansom. <br /> • 30 June 2000 (Title Report): The property was deeded by Richard H. and Elizabeth Sansom <br /> to Raad and Sandra Yacoub.
