Pahlmeyer <br /> to Sherman W. and Viomadel Winder. <br /> • 24 February 1978: Building permit#108976 was issued for an office conversion. <br /> • 22 March 1978 (Title Report): The property was deeded by Sherman W. and Viomadel <br /> Winder to Richard H. and Elizabeth Sansom. <br /> • 30 June 2000 (Title Report): The property was deeded by Richard H. and Elizabeth Sansom <br /> to Raad and Sandra Yacoub.
