The property was reassessed with a new 4,000-gallon low lead underground storage tank and piping. • 14 January 1971 (Assessor):Service Station Record#2 Remarks.Notes that a new pump and 4,000-gallon(4M)low lead underground tank were added and that the station averaged 9,000 gallons per month. The top of the page noted"Bills Texaco". • August 1972:A San Joaquin County well permit(#92-845)was issued to TEXACO Service at"99 and Clark Drive"for installation of a new domestic well by Clark Well and Equipment Company. The plot plan identified the subject property building as a Texaco Station. • 18 June 1973 (Assessor): Service Station Record#2. The property was assessed with five underground storage tanks (USTs), the original four plus one 4,000-gallon (low lead) and new piping installed in 1971. Written over the data column in darker print were the words "Cancelled 1974,NNalue" • 29 May 1974(Assessor):Service Station Record#2 Special Purpose Section, separate note. Noted that for Parcel 179-171-03, 3978 U S Hwy 99 & Clark Drive "Texaco reports lease cancelled no longer own equipment on this site". • 1974 (Assessor): Service Station Records #1 and 42: Appraisal records show the station closed and the hoist, air compressor, air and water stations, neon sign, pumps and USTs lined-through and annotated with Texaco and"P.P.",which the Assessor's office denotes as Personal Property removed from Real Estate valuation. Service Station Record #2 shows "P.P.Texaco Inc" at the top of the page. AGE found no definitive information concerning disposition of the USTs; no removal records were available at the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. • 11 May 1976 (Title Report): The property was deeded by Ralph B. and Helen E. Pahlmeyer to Sherman W. and Viomadel Winder. • 24 February 1978: Building permit#108976 was issued for an office conversion. • 22 March 1978 (Title Report): The property was deeded by Sherman W. and Viomadel Winder to Richard H. and Elizabeth Sansom. • 30 June 2000 (Title Report): The property was deeded by Richard H. and Elizabeth Sansom to Raad and Sandra Yacoub.
