Monitoring Well Installation Report, Cargill's Port Road No. 8 Facility (Cargill West), <br /> Stockton, California; Sierra-Pacific Project No. 95-128 <br /> Dear Mr. Holm: <br /> A construction report for the Port Road No. 8 monitoring well installations is enclosed for your <br /> consideration. <br /> Three monitoring wells were installed on 10 October 1996. The wells were developed and surveyed on 15 <br /> October 1996. West Hazmat Drilling Corp., a licensed C-57 drilling contractor,was contracted to install three <br /> new wells at the site. Sierra-Pacific observed the installation, development, and periodic monitoring. Based <br /> on information developed during previous soil investigations,the well boring were advanced to 20 feet below <br /> ground surface (bgs). Well screen was placed over a 15-foot interval, from 5.0 to 20.0 feet bgs.
