The issue of the piping investigation and <br /> upgrade was also mentioned and you indicated that upgrades were scheduled for mid-year 1996 <br /> at which time soil samples would be collected. PHS/EHD has the following comments for your <br /> consideration. <br /> Please be aware that the contamination evidenced to date requires remediation as outlined in the <br /> Underground Storage Tank Regulations Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16, California Code of <br /> Regulations.
