Page 3 <br /> 2 . Special Tank and Tight Line(s) --less than 50 ft. <br /> SPECIAL PERMIT CONDITIONS <br /> a. Provide copy of finaled liquid waste permit <br /> indicating septic tank and associated tight line(s) <br /> meet construction requirement of San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code Sect. 5-3000 et. seq. and adopted <br /> Rules and Regulations. <br /> OR <br /> b. Comply with conditions 1. (a) and (b) or (c) under <br /> #1 above. <br /> 3 . Sanitary Sewer Line--less than 50 ft. <br /> SPECIAL PERMIT CONDITIONS <br /> a. Applicant shall have fecal coliform tests performed <br /> on monitoring well (s) subject to these requirements <br /> immediately after construction and development and <br /> monthly thereafter. Longer intervals between <br /> bacterial testing rounds may be approved after <br /> sufficient data has been obtained on the site <br /> conditions. The analyses shall be performed by a <br /> laboratory certified to perform the required tests <br /> by the State Department of Health Services. <br /> AND <br /> b. If the monitoring well test results are positive for <br /> fecal coliform, the well shall be destroyed <br /> immediately, under permit and inspection by the <br /> PHS/SJC/EHD. <br /> OR <br /> C. The source of bacterial contamination shall be <br /> identified and necessary steps taken immediately to <br /> mitigate the source of contamination. <br /> OR <br /> d. The bacterial contamination shall be evaluated and <br /> mitigated on a site specific basis by the <br /> PHS/SJC/EHD. <br />
