PHS/EHD recommends that you submit a Corrective Action Plan (CAP). <br /> Pursuant to Section 2726 Chapter 16, Division 3, Title 23 of the California Code <br /> of Regulations the CAP shall contain an assessment of the release, a feasibility <br /> study, and applicable cleanup levels.
