Conditions of Approval <br /> G%-92-9 <br /> Page 3 <br /> 2. PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a. No excavation or stockpile shall be allowed within 25 feet of <br /> the right-of-way line of Austin Road. (Planning Title Section <br /> 9-2224 {m} {1}) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. No excavation is permitted into the ground water table <br /> without specific approval from the Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board, Central Valley Region, Porter-Cologne Water <br /> Quality Control Act, Chapter 4 , Article 3 , Section 13240. <br /> b. The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited into <br /> any water course nor in any way contribute to the pollution <br /> thereof (California Water Code, Section 13376) . <br /> C. Provide approved sanitary facilities for all employees <br /> (Ordinance Code Section 5-3001) . <br /> 4. SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT <br /> a. The landowner agrees not to perform any excavation or grading <br /> within the S.S.J. I.D. easement or within 15 feet of the <br /> centerline of the pipeline, whichever is greater. <br /> b. Excavations adjacent to District easements and/or facilities <br /> shall have a minimum 3 : 1 slope from the excavated field to <br /> the top of the berm. <br /> C. The landowner will take such steps as are required by the <br /> S.S.J.I.D. Water Superintendent to remedy any erosion on <br /> banks adjacent to the District's facilities. <br /> d. No soil will lie stockpiled over the S.S.J.I.D. pipeline. <br /> e. No heavy equipment will travel over the S.S.J.I.D. pipeline <br /> without approved bridging, said bridging to be approved <br /> between S.S.J. I.D.and the contractor. <br /> f. No trees and/or rubbish will be disposed of or stored on the <br /> S.S.J.I.D. easement or facilities. <br /> g. S.S.J.I.D.will be notified 48 hours in advance of any <br /> excavation work. <br /> h. The landowner agrees that the existing pipeline or concrete <br /> lined canal do not presently leak and agrees that any damage <br /> will be repaired at landowner' s expense. <br />
