Documentation indicating the <br />type of training required is also included as part of this response (Attachment B). <br />#3 Violation #122 — Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving <br />an inspection report. An inspection was last done on January 9, 2014 and an <br />inspection report was issued identifying information to be submitted to bring <br />this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by <br />February 9, 2014. This information has not been completed received resulting <br />in a non-compliant status for this facility. The missing information includes a <br />response to the following violations: <br />CCR 66265.52 Contingency plan incomplete <br />CCR66266.130 (c)(3) Failed to store used oil filters in a closed, rainproof <br />container that is labeled "drained used oil filters" and marked with the <br />accumulation start date <br />- HSC 25185(c)(3) Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of <br />receiving an inspection report. <br />An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a <br />written response that includes a statement documenting corrective actions taken <br />or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a written <br />response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within <br />30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br />A contingency plan has been developed to include the following information: <br />- Actions facility personnel shall take in response to fires, explosions, and <br />unplanned release to air, soil, or surface water <br />- Arrangements agreed to by local police departments, fire departments, <br />hospitals, cleanup contractors, and state and local emergency response teams <br />- Names, addresses, and phone number (office and home) of the Emergency <br />Coordinator and any alternatives <br />- List of all emergency equipment at the facility (fire, spill, <br />communications/alarms, decontamination), including location, physical <br />description, and a brief outline of its capabilities <br />- Evacuation plan, including at least two routes and signals to be used <br />- Telephone number of Cal EMA <br />A copy of this plan is included as part of this response (Attachment C). <br />The container used to store the used oil filters has been properly labeled. A <br />picture showing this labeling was included in the February 26, 2014 response and <br />is included as part of this response (Attachment D). <br />#4 Violation #407— Contaminated container not marked with date emptied or <br />managed within one year of being emptied. Two 55 gallon blue steel drums <br />which previously held oil were observed in the back storage area without empty <br />
