A picture _ <br />showing the labeling is included as part of this response (Attachment E). <br />SEF 15 2015 <br />#5 Violation #605 — Failed to complete label containers or tanks of hazardous ,ARONMENTAM <br />waste. A 55 gallon black steel drum of waste absorbent was observed in the � , T,, "C701%nTe �ecIT <br />shop without a hazardous property on the label. All hazardous waste containers <br />shall be marked with the following information: <br />- The words "Hazardous Waste" <br />- Name and address of generator <br />- Hazardous properties (ignitable, corrosive, reactive, toxic) <br />- Physical state (liquid, solid) <br />- Composition (contents) <br />- Accumulation start date <br />Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste <br />containers are marked with all the required information. <br />Ryder location personnel have properly marked the hazardous waste container. A <br />picture showing the labeling is included as part of this response (Attachment F). <br />Open violations from the January 9, 2014 inspection: <br />#1 Violation text: #110 — CCR 66265.52 —contingency plan incomplete. The <br />contingency plan for this facility did not include the descriptions and <br />capabilities of the emergency equipment at the facility, including the cartridge <br />respirators, chemical protective suites, chemical protective gloves, fire <br />extinguishing system, and absorbent. A contingency plan shall include all the <br />following: <br />• Actions facility personnel shall take in response to fires, explosions, and <br />unplanned release to air, soil, or surface water <br />• Arrangements agreed to by local police departments, fire departments, <br />hospitals, cleanup contractors, and state & local emergency response teams <br />• Names, addresses & phone numbers (office and home) of the Emergency <br />Coordinator and any alternates <br />• List of all emergency equipment at the facility (fire, spill, <br />communications/alarms, decontamination) including location, physical <br />description, and a brief outline of its capabilities <br />• Evacuation plan, including at least two routes and signals to be used <br />• Telephone number of Cal EMA <br />This information must be kept current at all times. Immediately update the <br />contingency plan for this facility to include all of the necessary information and <br />
