. . 3.3.1 Responsibilities o ployees <br />Emergency Coordinator (or next alternate available): <br />1. As soon as the EC is notified of an emergency due to the earthquake, he/she is to <br />begin following the ECS procedures. He/she will be informed by the Supervisor(s) <br />of the location, meteorological conditions, extent of damage, etc. <br />2. With all of the information on the location of damage and extent of the emergency, <br />he/she must decide the following: <br />a. Is evacuation necessary for parts or all of the plant? <br />b. If evacuation is necessary, which route to the Evacuation Assembly Area <br />will be used for the facility? <br />0 <br />
