The installer must <br /> test to be certain the dispenser <br /> is securely bolted to the ' <br /> dispensing island by using a <br /> procedure similar to that shown <br /> to the right and described <br /> u <br /> below. <br /> 1.2.1.2 Pull Force Test <br /> Attach a one-half inch diameter <br /> rope to the dispenser using a s q <br /> nipple/tee combination. <br /> Before charging the dispenser s <br /> with the product or with <br /> electrical power, attach the <br /> rope with a spring scale to the <br /> dispenser's product outlet. <br /> Pull on the rope/scale with a gradual force up to 350 pounds. <br /> Observe the dispenser to assure there is no movement. <br /> Perform this test from several different angles, being sure the <br /> dispenser is secure during each test. <br /> After completion of testing, remove the rope and hardware to finish <br /> installation of the Healy hose and breakaway assembly. <br /> Healy Systems, Inc.
