For purposes of the RI, the OU has <br /> been subdivided into five AOIs: <br /> • AOI 4 — Ponds <br /> • AOI 5 — Oil Tank <br /> • AOI 6 — Roundhouse <br /> • AOI 7 — Support <br /> • AOI 8 —Track <br /> 3.2.3 Operable Unit 3 <br /> OU-3 consists of approximately two acres occupying the western portion of the Railyard <br /> bounded on the north by the railroad right-of-way along the southern edge of OU-4 south of <br /> Sixth Street, on the east by the railroad right-of-way along the west edge of OU-2, on the south <br /> by Fourth Street, and on the west by Central Avenue. The only known improvements to the <br /> OU-3 property are railroad tracks. There have been no previous investigations of this OU. As a <br /> result, the RI activities in OU-3 will focus on evaluating possible impacts from undocumented <br /> Railyard-related activities and potential non-point sources. <br /> 3.2.4 Operable Unit 4 <br /> OU-4 consists of approximately three acres occupying the northwest portion of the Railyard <br /> bounded on the north by Sixth Street, to the east by the railroad right-of-way along Sixth Street, <br /> to the south by the railroad right-of-way along the north edges of OU-2 and OU-3, and to the <br /> west by Central Avenue.
