Kennedy/Jenks Consultants <br /> Section 4: Planned Site Activities <br /> 4.1.1 Operable Unit 1 <br /> Kennedy/Jenks will collect soil samples from a total of 18 borings in the three AOIs within OU-1, <br /> as indicated in Section 2.1.1 of the RI Work Plan and shown on Figure 4 of that document. <br /> These samples will be analyzed for total and soluble lead. <br /> 4.1.2 Operable Unit 2 <br /> Kennedy/Jenks will collect soil samples from a total of 19 borings in the five AOIs within OU-2, <br /> as indicated in Section 2.1.2 of the RI Work Plan and shown on Figure 4 of that document. The <br /> soil samples will be analyzed for total petroleum hydrocarbons as diesel (TPHd) and as motor <br /> oil (TPHmo). Select samples will also be analyzed for volatile organic compounds (VOCs), <br /> semivolatile organic compounds (SVOCs) and total metals. One sample will be analyzed for <br /> creosote. A groundwater sample will be collected from one boring in each of four of the five <br /> AOIs. Groundwater samples will be analyzed for TPHd, TPHmo, and VOCs. <br /> 4.1.3 Operable Unit 3 <br /> Kennedy/Jenks will collect soil samples from three borings within OU-3, as indicated in <br /> Section 2.1.3 of the RI Work Plan and shown on Figure 4 of that document. These samples will <br /> be analyzed for TPHd, TPHmo, total lead, and total arsenic. <br /> 4.1.4 Operable Unit 4 <br /> Kennedy/Jenks will collect soil samples from four borings within OU-4, as indicated in <br /> Section 2.1.3 of the RI Work Plan and shown on Figure 4 of that document. These samples will <br /> be analyzed for TPHd, TPHmo, total lead, and total arsenic.
