(916) 358-2900 <br /> 1.2.6 Spill Notification [40 CFR 112.7(a)(4)] <br /> Internal notifications: <br /> Upon discovery of a spill,the onsite personnel with spill response training will first contain the spill if safe <br /> to do so, and then immediately notify the Response Coordinator(or alternate,if necessary)and provide the <br /> following information: <br /> • Onsite location of the spill; <br /> • Time of the spill; <br /> • Type of material spilled; <br /> • Estimated quantity spilled; <br /> • Source of the spill; <br /> • Affected media; <br /> • Cause of the spill; <br /> • Any damages or injuries; and <br /> • Remedial actions undertaken. <br /> The Facility Response Coordinator will determine if the spill requires regulatory notification. <br /> ' The designated CUPA for San Joaquin County is the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division(SJCEHD).The listed <br /> phone number will direct calls to the SJCEHD. <br /> �i� CONDOR <br />
