State on revised plans or improvement plans that the <br /> leach field area will be barricaded so it can not be <br /> driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. <br /> f. If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must <br /> register with County Office of Emergency Services. <br /> 3. BUILDING DIVISION <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements (C.A.C. , Title 24). <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division <br /> prior to performing any excavation or filling of earth <br /> material: <br /> C. The Construction Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (1) Parking shall be provided for the physically <br /> handicapped. The space(s) shall be located as close <br /> as possible to the primary entrance (C.A.C. , Title <br /> 24). <br /> (2) Identification signs for the parking space(s) , <br /> including the "tow away" sign, shall be provided at <br /> each entrance or be visible from each space (C.A.C. , <br /> Title 24). <br /> (3) The slope of the parking space(s) shall not exceed <br /> 1/4 inch per foot (C.A.C. , Title 24). <br /> 4. COU. .IL OF GOVERNMENTS <br /> a. The roofing material shall not be a highly reflective <br /> galvanized material. A painted roof is allowed. <br /> b. Ponds shall not present a bird hazard to aircraft. <br /> 5. PLANNING DIVISION <br /> a. A fire report indicating that the old building burned <br /> down within the last year is required. <br /> b. A ten—foot planter is required across the front property <br /> line. <br />
