Possible Materials at Site_
1. Attached hereto as Schedule"I" is a list of 47 chemicals that may have been
used on the Owner/Operator's property over the last ten (10) years. Although this list
should not be considered complete, it does represent the Owner/Operator's best estimation
of hazardous materials that could be at the Site. . These chemicals fall into the general
catagories of herbicides,fungicides,pesticides/insecticides,fertilizers,and automotive fuels and
lubricants. The Site also certainly contains various household chemicals/hazardous
materials, however the reasonable assumption is that only residue amounts of these
household chemicals are in the Site, and probably all in the containers which they were
originally sold.
C.
