For
some reason, your email was considered to be from a forged sender. Had your email dated
July 22nd not been forwarded from Clay Rossotl of Genesis Engineering and Redevelopment, I
would not have known that you had sent this email to me. I am letting you know this so
you will understand why I did not respond sooner to your email. Our IT man, Steve Marino,
said he can do nothing about this.
Vicki McCartney, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
600 East Main Street
Stockton, California 95202
Phone: (209) 468-9852
Fax: (209) 468-3433
Email: vmccartney@sjcehd.com
-----Original Message-----
From: Steve Marino [EH] On Behalf Of Network Administrator [PHS]
Sent: Monday, July 27, 2009 8:08 AM
To: Vicki McCartney [EH]
Subject: FW: vmccartney@sjcehd.com - Sender is probably forged (SPF Softfail) - ripon farm
service work plan
Steve Marino
Department Information Systems Analyst II Environmental Health Department San Joaquin
County
(209) 468-3457
-----Original Message
From: Amy Terrell [mailto:aterrell@waterboards.ca.gov]
Sent: Wednesday, July 22, 2009 4 :32 PM
To: Vicki McCartney [EH]
Cc: jcooper@gercorp.com; Jeff Hawkins
Subject: vmccartney@sjcehd.com - Sender is probably forged (SPF Softfail) - ripon farm
service work plan
Good day Vicki,
As we discussed this morning, I'm reviewing a revised investigative work plan for the
Ripon Farm Service facility at 938 Frontage Road in Ripon. The 7 July 2009 work plan
completely replaces the 12 September 2008 work plan and my invalidates my October 08
approval
letter. So, a fresh look:
I'm providing a link to the work plan for your convenience (at end of this email) , and
providing my preliminary review of it. A conditional concurrence letter is winding its
way through the institutional process here, and will eventually end up on your desk.
Meanwhile, I 've excerpted sections of that draft letter here, to let you know that I'm
very happy with their proposed plan, and have only minor adjustments to make.
"California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region (Central Valley
Water Board) staff has received the 7 July 2009 Site Characterization Work Plan Phase II
(Revised Work Plan) , prepared by Genesis Engineering and Redevelopment.
