a <br /> w <br /> CANEPA'5 CAR WASH <br /> 6230 PACIFIC AVE <br /> Page 2 <br /> motor including type (ie, rotary, regenerative or centrifugal) , 3) describe all instrumentation <br /> currently available or necessary in the testing and operational phases for the SVE system, 4) any <br /> calculated radius of influence and pore volume exchange rate estimates including data which may <br /> support these values, and 5) a schematic representation drawn to scale which clearly identifies <br /> current and proposed changes to the system . The responsible party must continue to provide <br /> PHS\EHD with quarterly ground water monitoring data analyzing for BTEX, TPH and adding <br /> FHC oxygenates\supplements (MTBE, ETBE, DIPS, TAME and others) to the routine analysis <br /> schedule until otherwise notified . <br /> Contact PHS\EHD Site Mitigation Staff to witness all future field oriented site assessment work <br /> (48 hours in advance) . PHS\EHD will not recognize future site work which is not witnessed <br /> and previously approved unless specifically excluded in written form from this office. <br /> In closing , PHS\EHD recommends that responsible parties employ the bidding and pre-approval <br /> process for all work proposed at Leaking Underground Fuel Tank (LUFT) sites in order to <br /> virtually insure prompt reimbursement. Responsible parties and consultants must also remain <br /> focused on data quality objectives and cost containment while pursuing site closure certification. <br /> To further assist you in the bidding process enclosed please find a listing of firms which have <br /> presented PHS\EHD statements of qualifications regarding site mitigation related work.
