PHS\EHD will not recognize future site work which is not witnessed <br /> and previously approved unless specifically excluded in written form from this office. <br /> In closing , PHS\EHD recommends that responsible parties employ the bidding and pre-approval <br /> process for all work proposed at Leaking Underground Fuel Tank (LUFT) sites in order to <br /> virtually insure prompt reimbursement.
