McCartney : <br /> At the request of Mr. Remo Canepa of Canepa 's Car Wash , Advanced GeoEnvironmental , <br /> Inc . (AGE) provides the following response to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (SJCEHD) letter dated 18 May 2011 for the site located at 6230 Pacific Avenue , <br /> Stockton , California . <br /> The monitoring and reporting program was modified by SJCEHD letter dated 21 July 2009 <br /> to the following : <br /> • Semi-Annual : Ground water monitoring wells MW- 1 through MW-3 and soil vapor <br /> extraction wells SV- 1 through SV-9 ; <br /> • Annual : Ground water monitoring well MW- 11 ; <br /> • Biennially : Ground water monitoring wells MW-4 through MW- 10 and MW- 12D . <br /> Monitoring was further modified through discussion with SJCEHD (Mr. Nuel Henderson ) <br /> and AGE ( Mr. Arthur Deicke) to reduce the monitoring requirements of the nine soil vapor <br /> extraction wells to SV-4 only (no documentation of this discussion is available) . <br /> Limited ground water monitoring data was collected in September 2010 and will be included <br /> in a forthcoming report compiling all the findings and lines of evidence regarding a potential <br /> second release . <br /> AGE makes the following recommendations for ground water monitoring and reporting for <br /> a this site : <br /> • Semi-Annual : Collect ground water depth to water measurements only from ground <br /> water monitoring wells MW- 1 through MW- 11 and MW- 12D ; <br /> h _ 1 SIILIvN ktmtI . slorkto]I .
