This determination will be made by the project supervisor after <br /> review of the materials to be handled, the ambient monitoring data, consultation <br /> with on-site technical personnel, the Safety Officer, and the proper management <br /> personnel. No personnel may gat, drink, or smoke on site in any other <br /> area except;s permitted by the SSO. <br />
