The Fund has received the enclosed petition for closure <br /> of the subject site. <br /> 3 <br /> Our staff is currently reviewing the petition and claim file for the site. So that we may have a complete <br /> record of all correspondence and technical reports pertaining to this site,I request that within 20 days of <br /> the date of this letter,you provide the Fund with your agency's record relative to this site. In additin, any <br /> comments or responses to the petition by your agency should be submitted within this 20-day period. <br /> Does your staff's decision not to close this site represent the final decision of your organization?If not, � <br /> please advise me within ten(10)days of the date of this letter and the Fund will not proceed with review <br /> of the petition. <br /> Finally, I would like to be provided with an interested persons mailing list of individuals known by you <br /> to have an interest in this matter.
