T <br /> Lr <br /> 2.11 Contractor shall accept the premises in "as is"condition. Neither the Owner or Engineer <br /> makes any warranties, expressed or implied, as to the conditions of the premises includ- <br /> ing, but not limited to fitness for any particular purpose. <br /> 2.12 All work shall be performed and completed in accordance with all Federal, State, and <br /> Local codes. When a conflict occurs between the codes and these drawings, the <br /> '-' Contractor shall notify the Engineer, and work is not to proceed until the conflict is <br /> resolved. <br /> 2.13 Contractor shall be responsible for verifying all field dimensions with Engineer before <br /> beginning work. <br /> 2.14 Contractor shall arrange and schedule all inspections, including Stockton Fire <br /> Department inspection of propane tank installation, and obtain final permit approvals. <br /> Engineer shall be notified a minimum of 48 hours prior to each inspection. A represen- <br /> tative of the Owner and/or Engineer may inspect all work. <br /> 2.15 Contractor shall install equipment and appurtenances in accordance with respective <br /> manufacturers installation manuals and in accordance with the Uniform Plumbing Code <br /> (UPC), Uniform Building Code (UBC), National Electric Code (NEC), and Uniform Fire <br /> Code (UFC)standard specifications. <br /> 2.16 Contractor shall submit a Site Safety Plan to the Engineer 5 days prior to beginning <br /> work. The Site Safety Pian shall be in accordance with U.S. Department of Labor, <br /> 29 CFR 1910, and California Code of Regulations, Title 8, Section 5192 (8 CCR 5192). <br /> 2.17 Engineer shall not be responsible for the acts or omissions, construction means, meth- <br /> ods,techniques, sequences or procedures, or for the safety precautions and programs of <br /> the Contractor, subcontractor, or any other persons performing work on the project. <br /> 2.18 Contractor shall provide and install proposition 65 signs and emergency response signs <br /> �. on outside of equipment enclosure. <br /> ,r 2.19 All equipment shall be seismically braced per UBC-1994 standards.
