Submit the H&S plan and work pian and schedule to the <br /> FHS/EHD Department for review. <br /> TASK 2 SOIL BORING AND MONITORING WELL INSTALLATxON ,AND <br /> SAMPLING <br /> A. Drill the soil borings and install the monitoring wells <br /> that the consultant has determined are required for the <br /> PSA (as stated on the attached bid-response form) after <br /> the LRA has reviewed the initial site investigation <br /> work plan and found it acceptable.
