Irrigation water from a nearby, and topographically lower, 15 acres of cropland is collected in tile drains,which are manifolded to the tile drain sump pump located south of the pond. Drainage to the sump occurs year-round. The tile drain water is pumped into the unlined pond. Stormwater drains to the process wastewater sump where it is pumped to the unlined pond and commingled with the tile drain water and winery process wastewater. 14. Domestic wastes at the winery are discharged to a septic system. A 1,600 gallon septic tank and 300 linear feet of leach line were installed approximately 100 feet northwest of the northwestern corner of the unlined pond. 15. Water for processing and domestic purposes is derived from a supply well, located approximately 320 feet from the northeast corner of the winery buildings, as shown on Attachment B. The well
