An acoustical study, prepared by a qualified acoustical <br /> engineer, shall be prepared prior to the initiation of <br /> excavation. The study shall identify the location of the <br /> project' s 65 db Ldn noise contour and development <br /> mitigations for compliance with Section 9-3800 (b) of the <br /> Planning Title. The applicant shall implement noise <br /> attenuation measures, as necessary, to comply with the <br /> provisions of Section 9-3800 (b) . <br /> i. The haul route from the excavation site to the Mokelumne <br /> River shall be screened with trees and other vegetation <br /> that shall be installed prior to the initiation of the <br /> use. Details of the vegetative screen, including <br /> maintenance and irrigation specifications, shall be <br /> included in the Excavation Plan. <br /> j . The applicant shall retain the services of a qualified <br /> Civil Engineer to conduct an annual inspection of the <br /> site and to report to the Planning Division on the status <br /> of permit compliance. The report shall be submitted to <br /> the Planning Division prior to the anniversary date of <br /> the project' s effective date. <br /> k. (deleted) <br /> Ordinance Requirements: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements <br /> may also apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> 1. Temporary revegetation shall be planted in areas where <br /> aggregate extraction is complete, with the exception of <br /> the area of active excavation. A Revegetation Plan, <br /> prepared by a qualified biologist, shall be submitted to <br /> the Planning Division and the U. S. Soil Conservation <br /> Service for approval. The details of temporary <br /> revegetation shall be shown on the Excavation Plan. <br /> Evidence of the Soil Conservation Service' s approval <br /> shall be submitted to the Planning Division. <br /> M. Maximum slopes for excavation and reclamation areas, as <br /> developed by a soils engineer or certified engineering <br /> geologist, shall be included in the Excavation Plan and <br /> submitted to the Planning Division for approval. <br /> n.
