SECTION 3 - DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND PERMITS Three sets of contract drawings and specifications will be furnished to the Contractor without charge. Additional sets will be furnished on request at the cost of reproduction. The Contractor shall procure all permits and licenses, pay all charges and fees, and give all notices necessary for lawful prosecution of the work. All permits, licenses, and other authorizations shall be secured in sufficient time to prevent delays to the work. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of said permits, licenses and other authorizations. The Contractor is responsible for obtaining a copy of the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction "Greenbook" 1994 edition (SSPWC), State of California Department of Transportation Standard Specifications and, Standard Plans July 1992, and any and all other reference specifications and manuals cited in these Contract Documents. V Full compensation for conforming to the requirements of this section, not otherwise provided for, shall be considered as included in the prices paid for the various contract items of work involved and no additional compensation will be allowed. SECTION 4 - GENERAL PREVAILING RATE OF PER DIEM WAGES The Contractor is hereby notified that pursuant to Section 1770 et. seq. of the Labor Code of the Statutes of the State of California, the City Council of the City of Tracy has +� ascertained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the rates for legal holiday and overtime work for the locality in which the work is to be performed, for each craft or type of workman or mechanic needed to execute the Contract which will be awarded the +� successful bidder. Full compensation for conforming to the requirements of this section, not otherwise provided for, shall be considered as included in the prices paid for the various contract items of work involved and no additional compensation will be allowed. 4. SECTION 5 - PRECONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE Subsequent to the execution of the project contract, the City shall designate a date and �,. time for the pre-construction conference. The Contractor shall, at the pre-construction conference, present a project construction schedule, anticipated timing of invoices for work completed, a list of material suppliers, and a traffic control plan required by Section �. 7.11 of the City of Tracy Standard Specifications.
