Wonar - 2 - 41 26 Marc <br /> ' <br /> Ted � h 2004 <br /> Operation and Management Plan and Cropping Plan (originally listed as Provisions H.Lb and H.Lg <br /> in the WDRs): The report will be used by Oak Ridge Winery staff to operate and maintain the <br /> treatment system. It will also provide guidance to the staff or contractor responsible for cropping the <br /> land application areas. The report shall be prepared under the supervision of a California licensed <br /> Engineer, Geologist, or Agronomist and be submitted by 30 June 2004. The Plan shall include an <br /> implementation schedule that shows the cropping improvements are completed by the beginning of <br /> crush, 2004 (approximately 1 August 2004). <br /> • Salinity Reduction Workplan: The study shall look at all aspects of winery waste and shall investigate <br /> methods to reduce the concentration of dissolved solids in the wastewater. At a minimum, the salinity <br /> reduction report shall include a discussion of the winemaking chemicals, cleaning and sterilization <br /> procedures, vineyard practices, and salinity monitoring. The report shall be prepared under the <br /> supervision of a California licensed Engineer and be submitted by 30 July 2004. <br /> • Groundwater Quality Evaluation Report(originally listed as Provision H.Lc in the WDRs): The <br /> report will summarize and evaluate data trends for the wastewater pond areas and land application <br /> areas.
