agricultural building can be seen at the building cluster to the south of the Site.
No other significant changes are apparent from the previous photo.
In the 1993 photo, the Site appears much as it does today. Mrs. Galli's house,
garage, and landscaping can be seen at the southeast corner of the Site where
the previous structures had been. No other significant changes are apparent.
In the 2002, 2008, 2011, and 2018 photos, several truck trailers can be seen in
various configurations to the north of the house and landscaped area. Beginning
with the 2008 photo, two small buildings can be seen on the western side of the
Site, beyond the levee; the location of one of the buildings changes over time. In
the 2018 photo, solar panels can be seen to the southwest of the residential
area.
These photos are included as Appendix 3 of this report.
4.0 SITE INSPECTION
Live Oak inspected the site on March 6, 2020. Photographs of the Site are
attached to this report as Appendix 2. The northern, eastern, and a portion of
the western property lines were inspected, as well as the exteriors of the
structures; the interiors of the structures were not inspected, except where visible
from the outside. Live Oak was not able to inspect the southwest corner of the
Site due to guard dogs protecting a herd of goats in the area west of the levee
road. The small island was not accessible.
The Site consists of open land used to grow alfalfa and a small adjacent island.
A levee road runs along the northern and western property line; trees and brush
grow along the river side of the levee. A building cluster is located near the
southeast corner of the Site.
Within the building cluster, a large Victorian house is connected to a garage by a
glassed-in conservatory; the garage includes an apartment. Landscaping and
three shade structures are present near the house and garage. To the
southwest of the house is a small building used to house an antique car. To the
west of the garage is a carport; north of the carport are a pump house and two
sheds. Live Oak did not inspect the interior of the pump house, but Mrs. Galli
indicated that the domestic well is located inside. An older domestic well was
observed to the west of the house. To the southwest of the building cluster,
several antique tractors and trucks are parked for display. Further southwest is a
row of elevated solar panels.
North of the landscaped area is a small modular home which Mrs. Galli indicated
is her hobby room and has no restroom. Further north were four parked truck
trailers. At least 19 tires were observed near the trailers. To the east of the
LOGE 20-11 3
