Failure to locate such lines or structures <br /> ' will be the sole responsibility of the client. Underground Services Alert <br /> (USA) at 1-500-642-2444 provides this service free of charge for major <br /> utility lines, Kleinfelder can make contact with USA for a site visit, if <br /> requested. <br /> s <br /> • The client will provide Kleinfelder withthe authorization to access the site. <br /> The client will provide a written right of entry authorization, if requested. <br /> • Sampling and analysis, other than that;set forth in the proposal, are not <br /> included in the scope of services. Additional sampling and analysis, if <br /> required, can be provided for additional fees. '< <br /> k <br /> • Groundwater is-anticipated at a depth of approximately 70 feet below <br /> ground surface.
