WELL COMPLETION
Six soil borings will be completed as a soil vapor extraction wells. The well will be installed in sets
of two; one well will be screened through highly permeable sands from 15 feet to 35 feet bsg, and a
second well will be screened within silts from 40 feet to 70 feet bsg. The design of the remediation
well network will allow for segregated soil vapor extraction feasibility testing. Construction details
and procedures are presented in Section 4.2.
3.5. SOIL VAPOR EXTRACTION PILOT TEST
AGE will conduct two separate 8-hour soil vapor extraction pilot tests on the finished well network
to assess the extractable contaminant mass and to evaluate SVE as a remedial option on each of the
soil units at the site. Procedures for the SVE test are given in Section 4.4.
3.6. REPORT PREPARATION
AGE will evaluate the results of the soil analytical data and SVE pilot tests and prepare a site
assessment and remediation feas ability study report in preparation of a remediation plan for mitigation
Advanced Geo Env iron mentak,Inc.
