Offsite Assessment Work Plan <br /> RALPH'S SQUARE <br /> 2122 South Airport Way, Stockton, California <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared this Offsite Assessment Work <br /> Plan for 2122 South Airport Way, Stockton, California (site). The work plan was <br /> prepared in accordance with Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (CVRWQB) directives dated 06 August and 25 October 2018 (Appendix A). The scope <br /> of work includes the advancement of two (2) borings for the installation of offsite <br /> shallow groundwater monitoring wells to delineate the lateral limits of dissolved <br /> hydrocarbon impact. <br /> The site locations are illustrated in Figure 1. Site features, boring and well locations are <br /> illustrated in Figure 2. The proposed offsite well locations are illustrated in Figure 3. <br /> Historical groundwater elevation and analytical data are included in Tables 1 and 2, <br /> respectively. <br /> 2.0. SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Based on historical analytical data collected from site to date, additional downgradient <br /> assessment of shallow groundwater has been directed by the CVRWQCB. The <br /> proposed scope of work will include the following tasks: <br /> • Permitting and pre-field work activities. <br /> • Installation of two (2) shallow groundwater monitoring wells. <br /> • Development and survey of newly installed groundwater monitoring wells. <br /> • Performance of four (4) quarterly groundwater monitoring events. <br /> • Disposal of investigative derived waste. <br /> • Preparation of site investigation and groundwater monitoring reports. <br /> Each of these tasks is described in greater detail below. <br /> 2.1. PRE-FIELD WORK ACTIVITIES <br /> Applicable site assessment permits will be obtained from the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) and encroachment permits will be <br /> obtained from the City of Stockton. In addition, a health and safety plan will be updated <br /> in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Guidance Manual for Hazardous <br />
