Provide the name , address, and telephone number of the appli- <br /> cant . <br /> 2 . Indicate property boundaries with dark, thick lines. <br /> 3 . Show any residences on adjacent properties . <br /> 4 . Indicate which structures are existing and which are pro- <br /> posed. <br /> 5 . Include building area requirements with the parking calcula- <br /> tions . <br /> 6 . Shade in the areas proposed to be paved. <br /> 7 . Include a note on grading and flooding. <br /> 8 . Indicate whether or not any signs are proposed or existing. <br /> 9 . Show a trash receptacle area with fencing which is solid on <br /> three sides and gated on the fourth side . <br /> If approved, standard conditions of approval may include the <br /> following: <br /> 1 . Striping : All parking stalls and directional arrows shall be <br /> delineated with paint . <br /> 2 . Surfacing: All parking spaces, driveways , and maneuvering <br /> areas shall be paved and permanently maintained with asphalt <br /> or cement . Bumper guards shall be provided as necessary to <br /> protect adjacent structures or property. <br /> 3 . Lighting: Parking lot ligr,ting shall meet the following <br /> minimum standards: <br /> a. The equivalent of one foot candle of illumination shall be <br /> provided throughout the parking area. <br /> b. All lighting shall be on a time clock or photo-sensor <br /> system. <br />
