Parking lot luminaires shall be high pressure sodium vapor <br /> with 90 degree cut-off and flat lenses . <br /> d. All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to <br /> the premises, with no spillover beyond the property line . <br /> 4 . No outdoor storage is permitted. <br /> 5 . Planter areas shall contain shrub and/or living ground cover : <br /> concrete, asphalt , and any surface material including rocks <br /> or bark are not acceptable . <br /> 6 . Watering: All landscaped areas shall be provided with an <br /> automatic timer irrigation system including, but not limited <br /> to, a sprinkler bubbler head or faucet and hose bib. All <br /> landscaped areas shall be maintained in a living condition. <br /> 7 . Border Materials : All required landscaped areas shall be <br /> enclosed by either a concrete curb having a minimum height of <br /> six (6) inches or a wooden frame constructed from materials <br /> such as railroad ties or other heavy lumber materials which <br /> measure no less than six (6) inches in diameter . <br /> NOTE : The Preapplication review is designed to inform prospec- <br /> tive applicants of General Plan consistency, zoninr, con- <br /> sistency, public improvement requirements, preliminary <br /> design constraints and opportunities, and major environ- <br /> mental and safety issues . This information is provided in <br /> the hope of assisting the applicant in submitting a better <br /> and more complete application, as well as minimizing pro- <br /> cessing time .
