Dedication to result in a 25-foot wide right-of-way from the <br /> centerline of Lone Tree Road to the property line shall be <br /> required along the frontage of APN 203-050-13 with a 201 x 201 <br /> corner cut-off (snipe) at Jack Tone Road. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-2123) <br /> 2 . The frontage improvements for Jack Tone Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with standards for one-half of an <br /> 84-foot right-of-way rural arterial street.
