CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-91-14 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> e. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application. (The fees currently are <br /> $2 , 506. 00 per 1, 000 gross square feet of building as "Office" <br /> and $1, 819 . 00 per 1, 000 gross square feet of building as <br /> "Service Commercial" in the Stockton area. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted annually by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record) . <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the <br /> time of development. <br /> b. Open, pump, and backfill the existing septic tank, seepage pit <br /> or excavation under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> C. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number <br /> of people the sewage disposal system is being designed for and <br /> that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be <br /> driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This leach <br /> field area must be used for that specific purpose only and <br /> cannot contain any underground utility lines. Show all wells <br /> and sewage systems within 200 feet of this parcel. <br /> d. Construct a water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division prior to occupancy. Should the <br /> number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 <br /> days per year, or the number of service connections exceed <br /> four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system under <br /> the provisions of Title 22 , CCR, will be required by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. Install an approved backflow <br /> prevention device on the water supply system. <br /> e. Destroy the existing well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br />
