It is not anticipated that <br /> gravel/sand filter will be required to be chlorinated prior to introducing to the well. <br /> 2.4 SOIL SAMPLING INTERVALS AND LOGGING METHODS <br /> During drilling,a 2-inch diameter split-spoon sampler will be used to collect undisturbed soil samples <br /> at every 5-foot interval or at observed changes in soil characteristics,for soil classification according to <br /> the Unified Soil Classification System. Steel sampling tubes will be cleaned and reused as <br /> construction progresses.
