r06 June 2000 <br /> AGE-NC Project No 97-0343 <br /> rPage 4 of 7 <br /> r2 8 WELL CASING ELEVATION SURVEYING <br /> On 26 April 2000, the casing elevations of wells MWI, MW2, MW3, VW1, VW2 and VW3 were <br /> r surveyed to the nearest 0 01-foot relative to City of Stockton bench mark No 346 Surveying was <br /> performed by Baumback&Piazza, Inc of Lodi (Table 2) The survey report sheets are included in <br /> Appendix E <br /> r <br /> 2 9 RECEPTOR SURVEY <br /> rA search was conducted to locate wells and other sensitive receptors within a 2,000-foot search <br /> radius of the subject property The City of Stockton and California Water Service were contacted <br /> rregarding the location of municipal wells near the subject property The California Department of <br /> Water Resources database and the San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation <br /> District maps were also examined Records for a receptor survey performed for a site located <br /> rapproximately 1,500 feet south of the subject property were examined A door-to-door inquiry and <br /> visual search were then performed for the 2000-foot search radius <br /> lie <br /> 3.0. FINDINGS <br />' A model of the soil stratigraphy on the site was constructed from the field descriptions of soil sample <br /> duplicates, the hydrocarbon impact to soil and ground water was modeled and quantified by <br />' laboratory analysis of samples collected as described above <br />' 31 STRATIGRAPHY <br /> Silty fine sand was encountered in each bonng at a depth of 20 feet bsg Silty sand was encountered <br />' in bonngs MW2 and MW3 at depths of 30 and 35 feet bsg and in boring B6 at a depth of 35 feet bsg <br /> Primarily clay to clayey silt was encountered in the remaining samples collected The boring logs <br /> are included as Appendix A <br /> 32 ANALYTICAL RESULTS OF SOIL SAMPLES <br />' vapor <br /> Organic was detected with the PID in borings MW I, MW2 and MW3 at concentrations as <br /> g p g <br /> high as 1,200 ppm (MW2 at 25 feet bsg) Organic vapor was not detected in soil samples collected <br />' from B6, in samples collected below a depth of 40 feet in MW 1 or in samples collected from depths <br /> . of 50 and 55 feet bsg in boring MW3 PID data is included on the boring logs (Appendix A) <br /> rAdvanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br /> r <br />
