Preproject Training <br /> All IT employees and IT subcontractors subject to exposure to on- <br /> site contaminants shall be trained in accordance with 29 CFR <br /> 1910.120 <br /> All employees will have received a minimum of 40 hours <br /> of training off site and a minimum of three days of <br /> field experience under the direct supervision of a <br /> trained, experienced supervisor. All who complete the <br /> 40 hours of classroom training and 3 days of field <br /> experience will receive a certificate from the <br /> instructor. A copy of the certificate shall be <br /> available as needed. <br /> On-site management and supervision shall receive a <br /> minimum of eight hours of additional training. <br /> Each hazardous waste operations employee shall receive <br /> eight hours of refresher training on an annual basis, <br /> as appropriate. <br /> All workers who must wear respirators must have <br /> received respirator fit testing for the particular <br /> respirator that is worn during work. <br /> 4.4.2 Initial On Site Training <br /> The following training sessions and information materials will be <br /> provided on site at the time of initial entry of the work zone. <br /> 4-10 <br />
