Other suggestions : <br /> a) Describe any physical and mechanical hazards (moving <br /> objects , work surfaces) associated with each site <br /> activity such as trenching, drilling, excavating, and <br /> sampling. Explain the steps to be taken to minimize <br /> these hazards . <br /> b) Expand the plan for employee and community exposure <br /> monitoring. Describe the rationale , methodology, and <br /> location for employee and community monitoring. <br /> Include instrumentation and equipment calibration <br /> protocols in the plan. <br /> C) Make a determination to estimate the worse case <br /> concentration of chemical contaminants , heat stress , <br /> or noise level . <br /> d) Describe the hearing conservation program. Heavy <br /> equipment, particularly drill rigs, have the potential <br /> to generate enough noise to exceed the action level of <br /> 85 dBA. <br /> e) Sanitation: Describe the provisions that will be made <br /> to ensure proper sanitation facilities are available <br /> for site personnel .
