Other suggestions :
a) Describe any physical and mechanical hazards (moving
objects , work surfaces) associated with each site
activity such as trenching, drilling, excavating, and
sampling. Describe the rationale , methodology, and
location for employee and community monitoring.
Include instrumentation and equipment calibration
protocols in the plan.
C) Make a determination to estimate the worse case
concentration of chemical contaminants , heat stress ,
or noise level .
d) Describe the hearing conservation program. Heavy
equipment, particularly drill rigs, have the potential
to generate enough noise to exceed the action level of
85 dBA.
e) Sanitation: Describe the provisions that will be made
to ensure proper sanitation facilities are available
for site personnel .
