The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the <br /> following : <br /> ( 1 ) Parking shall be provided for the physically <br /> handicapped . The space(s ) shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance (C.A.C. , <br /> Title 24) . <br /> ( 2) Identification signs for the parking space (s ) , <br /> including the "tow away" sign , shall be provided <br /> at each entrance or be visible from each space <br /> (C.A. C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> ( 3) The slope of the parking space( s ) shall not exceed <br /> 1/4 inch per foot (C. A. C. , Title 24) . <br /> d . Existing elevation certification is required with all <br /> permit applications for structures located within the <br /> 100 year flood zone. <br /> 3 . LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> a. Destroy the abandoned well under permit and inspection <br /> by the Local Health District . <br /> b. Open , pump , and backfill the septic tank , seepage pit <br /> or excavation under permit and inspection by the Health <br /> District . <br /> C. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required . <br /> d . Connection to a public sewer system is required. <br /> 4 . MANTECA-LATHROP RURAL FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT <br /> a. The project shall meet the requirements of the Uniform <br /> Fire Code , National Fire Protection Association and <br /> Local County Sprinkler Ordinance. <br />
