Item No. 5
PC : 7-2-87
VR-86-5/UP-86-6
Page 13
vehicle traffic, a detailed lighting plan should be required
for review and approval prior to the issuance of a building
permit . Such a plan should include details of the type of
lighting, number of lights, locations, light standard heights,
and directions of illumination.
FACILITIES SERVICES:
Interim, project-only services are proposed for sewage disposal ,
water supply, and storm drainage . The site plan notes that the
project ultimately will hook up to City sewer and water systems,
but it does not state when or how this is to be accomplished. At
this time, it is uncertain whether the City will allow the pro-
ject site to connect to its sewage disposal and water supply
systems.
