The owner/developer shall improve the intersection of <br /> Hammer Lane/West State Route 99 Frontage Road to provide a <br /> right-turn lane, a left-turn lane, and a through lane on <br /> all approaches. <br /> k. Full frontage improvements on State Route 99 West Frontage <br /> Road shall be dedicated and improved to a 50-foot urban <br /> street standard, including a northbound left-turn lane at <br /> the project entrance. <br /> 1 . The owner/developer shall enter into an agreement with the <br /> County to agree to participate in the State Route 99/Hammer <br /> Lane interchange improvements and the State Route 99 East <br /> Frontage Road signalization and improvements. <br /> 3 . County of San Joaquin Building Inspection Division: <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> ( 1 ) The proposed building, because of its occupancy <br /> classification, must be of Type I construction as <br /> required by Uniform Building Code Section 1802 . The <br /> aluminum dome does not qualify as Type I construction. <br /> (2) The proposed aluminum dome does not meet the require- <br /> ments set forth in Uniform Building Code Section 1806 <br /> for an unprotected roof system. In accordance with <br /> this Section, the roof must be constructed of heavy <br /> timber or noncombustible materials. The test data <br /> submitted for aluminum alloys do not qualify as non- <br /> combustible under Uniform Building Code Section 415 . <br /> In addition, the building must be A2 . 1 , one story in <br /> height , the roof clearance must be less than 25 feet <br /> and cannot exceed 35 percent of the area, and the <br /> building must be fire sprinklered throughout to <br /> qualify under Section 1806. <br /> (3 ) All exiting requirements shall comply with Uniform <br /> Building Code Chapter 33. The cross aisles and side <br /> exits as shown on the preliminary plan do not meet the <br /> requirements of Section 3316. <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant , and it <br /> shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the <br /> Building Inspection Division prior to the performance of <br /> any excavation or filling of earth material : <br />
