Now that
the ozone test seems to have worked, the Corrective Action Plan (CAP) will be submitted
to you hopefully by the end of next week. It needs to be approved early May at the latest
so that remedi tion equipment can be invoiced out this fiscal year and Mom can be
reimbursed. I know this doesn't allow you much time for review and approval. However,
my special request is that it does happen--that the CAP is acceptable and approval can be
given early in ay. Not only would this help move the project along but would be
financially good for Mom.
Please let me I now if there is anything at all I can do to help. Don't know what that
might be--but 'd be willing to help in any way you might suggest.
In the meantime, thanks for being there to answer questions and speak to concerns as they
have come up.
Judie Kindle
3/15/2011
