We would guess that runoff from the roads tends to bind to the surface soils and not seep in. But, if you <br /> don't get permission to pu a well on the property as you propose and need to put it in the sidewalk or road <br /> right of way, how do you Issure runoff doesn't get into the well itself? <br /> .
