De-energize all <br /> equipment, then proceed to a central evacuation point, take roll and present status when <br /> -requested by Company. Operator. Company will_designate_evacuation_location prior_to, <br /> starting work. <br /> Localized Eire: Contractor will be expected to stop work and report condition <br /> immediately to Company Operator. Minimal effort should be employed to fight fire <br /> unless it is extremely small. <br /> Injury : All injuries, no matter how small or trivial, shall be reported to Shell Site Safety <br /> Inspector. If the injury is serious, Contractor is to take normal steps to stabilize the <br /> injured party before notifying-the ShellSiteSafety Inspector to report the injury. If <br /> additional support is required from the Shell Site Safety Inspector, Contractor is to be <br /> specific as to the nature of injury and what support is being. required. Shell Site: Safety <br /> Inspector is to call ambulance or other emergency service if that service is desired by the <br /> contractor. Shell canprovideaccess to phone, emergency assistance-phone numbers, and <br /> access through Company security gate. <br /> Emergency-Rervizes 911 <br /> Normal Daily Worli Condition.: <br /> Normal work hours are, from 6:OOAM-4 :30 PM M-Th. Please confirm the work <br /> hours _with.the-Head_pperator_prior to .beginning-project. All -hot-work. must.be shut-down- <br /> 30 minutes prior to completion of each day. <br /> 'Me Contractors' day shall begin each day with a tailgate safety meeting between <br /> Contractor and Contractor employees and subcontractors.
