area (Exhibit 2). No information is available for dE pth, or completion intervals for these
wells.
San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (SJCPHS)
has named High Hopes Ventures as a Responsib e Party for the identified soil and
groundwater hydrocarbon contamination associated with the former underground
storage tanks at 1500 East Vine Street, Lodi. SJ PHS has required High Hopes
Ventures to conduct a site assessment of the soil beneath the property to determine
the vertical and horizontal extent of hydrocarbon soil contamination. In addition, High
Hopes Ventures has been required to test the domestic water supply well for
hydrocarbon constituents because of the close proximity to the former underground
storage tank locations.
This workplan is designed to provide a preliminary site assessment investigation
framework. It is anticipated that if substantial hydrocarbon soil contamination is
discovered that a workplan to delineate the exteni of the subsurface hydrocarbon will
be designed and submitted to SJCPHS for appro al.
2
