If an accumulation label is used that has multiple spaces for the start
dates of accumulation, then the corresponding removal date must be marked on the
label. Trinitas maintains a log stored in the office
tracking the type, amount, and corresponding date of material disposed by the waste hauler.
Below is the registered hazardous waste transporter on contract with Trinitas:
World Oil Environmental Services
7300 Chevron Way
Dixon, CA 95620
1-800-727-2879
5.1.3 Hazardous Waste Manifests
A hazardous waste manifest is issued when a transporter picks up a specified quantity of
used oil from a generator (Trinitas Farming, LLC) on a specific date. Both the generator
and the transporter sign the manifest, and Trinitas keeps the "Generator Copy". Copies of
the hazardous waste manifests are required to be maintained at the facility for a minimum
of three (3)years.
The transporter will deliver the waste oil to an authorized destination facility (recycling
facility).
