g. The operation shall not create a public nuisance. <br /> h. Application must be made to the San Joaquin County Air <br /> Pollution Control District for the necessary air pollution <br /> permits. <br /> i. The applicant shall file a "Report of Waste Discharge" with <br /> the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central <br /> Valley Region. <br /> j . A determination shall be made by the State Solid Waste Management <br /> Board as to whether or not the proposed project is a solid waste <br /> site requiring a solid waste permit. <br /> k.
